June 5th: work begins

I did the PR, and added the scaffolding for the project, not much to say for now, since I haven't started yet!

July 1st: got back to work

I got back to work on openkeebs after leaving it alone for a month. I made the entire keyboard matrix, it's an 84-key copy of the one from KLE. The hardest part was just getting the columns right, rows were easy, but lining up everything like the diagram was horrible.

I got started on the microcontroller too, I'm using a custom one from @NCKiser on Github, and it seems good. I didn't get started on actually wiring everything toghether yet, but it's ready, I'll do that tommorow.
